    I would look at the under side of the PDP to make sure you do not see any corrosion, bad solders or burn marks. Also check the wiring under the PDP to ensure critters have not been in there chewing on wires. Attached are some Schematics I had, pay attention to the serial numbers. FMTVA1...

    Hope this helps. If you are having issues with the turn signals and the horn, I would look at the Turn signal switch. I have seen many of them go bad.
