CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

One other thought Hike: As far as "removing / Pulling " those pins on the M939A2, How about a Nice "Male / Female" Deutsch Connector, Three Pin Plug and Socket, on that "G, X, and W wires a on that P110 Harness on our M1078A1's ? I would use the "Gold Pin" units from Deutsch, and it would be...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Good Morning Hike; Just so you have another trucks readings to compare: Our "D" Voltage was "a bit" over that 2.5 too like yours (2.58v) Our "C" Voltage was Very Similar at (2.66v). Also, our Overall ohms between D & C are Right with yours almost at 59.1 as well. This is of course with the...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

That was Actually a thought that I had as well. (If the Harness had some sort of “short” or grounded wiring, I would get the same activity whether the M939A2 CTIS was plugged in, or Unplugged). One thing for certain is if the Battery switch is Off, and that CTIS was plugged in, my J1939 CAN line...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Gotcha....thanks for the Update !..........We also do want to minimize changes on our M1078A1 Harness too. Quick question: Did you get the Highway pressure up to 80 PSI ? (or changed to what you wanted?) on the M939A2 ? Also, is the "plaza Arduino CTIS Unit on the Forum here ? I was just about...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Morning....I have that SAME issue with those wires being "dry / brittle". I was JUST about to ask on here if someone had some luck routing a "Fresh" J1939 DATA CABLE and "Tapping on" at the four or 5 different points. I am guessing you own an "A1" truck with the 3126B ? Thanks Hike....just saw...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Morning Hike; It is definitely interesting that we are both working on exactly the same issue, on the same day, on the same truck model, with the same purchased CTIS Controller. I truly thought I was going to have a Isolated incident with just our vehicle. One test for you that I had done so we...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Gotcha……BTW, my ABS Light was “ON” when those resisters had failed. The ABS Light is Not Lit now, which is one of the tips you mentioned for me earlier…..thanks. I will detail Check that CTIS Harness, especially where it “taps in” on that J1939 wiring. Have a good Christmas and thank you for...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Well, a bit of an update for you.....("the plot thickens").....I replaced "both" of the resisters on the J1939 CAN Line. (The one that was burnt badly....AND the one at the other end, under the PDP "smelled burnt" and also tested bad on the DMM. I bought New "DEUTSCH" supplies. (buydeutsch.com)...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Gotcha.....and we just received the same unit here. I hope to continue with this post and come up with the Applied wiring, to give us that 80psi. via Pre Programing..... Or.....Just do the software change with the DANA Program, and have the 80 for Highway. We just got our New Tires.....and...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Thanks Hike.....I will check the other Resister on P250 for sure. Was the CTIS Unit you used, the M939 (eBay) unit that was discussed here earlier on? I do plan to do a Detailed Trace of that CAN Buss Line. Just curious to see if I find a "Pinch" or a cut. I will update here for sure.

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Good Evening; I just wanted to post an interesting update that occurred here, to our 2003 M1078A1 Truck (Like yours), when I "just" did the installation of the "New" / M939 Box obtained from eBay today. We were aware that the box would have the "Name Tags upside Down" as far as the Driver/s...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

Good Evening General Disorder; I just purchased the "New" of the controller selection you had posted here, his price went down a bit, and it popped up on my "watch list". ($558.00) #676422. We own an M1078A1 2003 Truck. Looks like we are going to have the "Standard ProFile" that you had...

    Rear Radius Rod

Yep, exactly.....It would have been Nice to just "put em' on" with the New Perfect New Sleeves. The Boyz in the Motor Pool used a BIG Pipe wrench on the existing old units, and they look a bit "chewy"......I will detail them up / Paint them. (I just don't want anyone to think I did that, lol).

    Rear Radius Rod

Well, I am at the "exact" same point with the Radius Rods, and would Really like to know how you made out ? I "just" put a message out to Dave at HPG, and should hear back tomorrow I would think. I have the "12 inch" in place original sleeves, (that are not too bad actually), so I could and can...
