M35A2-AZ did you make the cover I see on the other beacon. I have often thought about a cover to help keep the light from getting weather worn as fast.

I ran a separate power feed through a circuit breaker for mine. Figured if something went wrong I hopefully wouldn't loose all the lights or electrical system. Although mine is on a deuce I would think it would be easy enough to hook up something similar on yours. Just a thought.

Great score on the early Christmas present. As mentioned before I think I would leave it green. Many active duty trucks are not all the same color. Kits and updates are added after the last repaint. 2cents
