    Sorry! Didn't mean to scare you! :mrgreen: It's not a big deal if you just do the 2 simple things you are required to do. If you sell it, or even a part, keep a paper trail. Tell the new buyer what the deal is. Then it's HIS problem what he does about it. That's it. :beer:
