    Somewhere on here is a thread which has a video of a guy who heated a rim with a torch (for like 10-15 seconds) then walks away (the tire is in a cage). Within a few minutes the rim explodes from the increase in pressure due to the heat. They might be hard on you but they are trying to keep you...

    TM 9-2320-209-10-4 page 2-27 and page 2-30 for the inners. Even tells you the order to torque them and the valve stem positions.

    You really need to look in the manual. It shows a good exploded view. I wouldn't recommend heating either.
