It will look funny but who cares. as for breaking loose, it shouldn't but none of us know what you are using: Class III hitch, bumper pull etc. etc.
In most cases as long as the hitch or bumper is not dragging on the ground and all the bolts are tight you should be good.

If you bend a class III hitch you are hauling a lot more than a empty M105, the truck frame will bend first. (I Know!)
