    I'll stick with 4.10 even with the th400 and stock rubber, I had a 3.73 truck and it was nice for highway but seemed to lose the low end when pulling anything with it.     I have 4.10's 5spd manual and 37's and love the gearing, still has low end grunt in 1st and can run highway speeds no problem. I could actually go with 4.56 with 5spd (and may in future if get a good deal on axles)
