Success! Got the binder from JC Taylor on Friday. Got the tags this morning. Now I can take it out and drive it.

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

And let it idle for however long to get up to 120F before moving out? No. It's a farm and I have a Bobcat. I'll pull it out with the Bobcat BEFORE starting the engine. And yes, that is either a massive oil leak or the crap that was in a cooler on that side of the garage. Guess which one.

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

That door is 10' wide by 8' high (118x93). I knew when I built the house I wanted a larger than standard door, I just didn't know I would be getting a deuce.

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

It looks like I can modify the horizontal trim above the garage door to make it like a drawer. I can then easily remove it and gain 5" of clearance without any tire pressure changes. It should be pretty easy to do since the trim is actually furred down from the header (and I built the house)...

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

We it is in. Needed to let some air out of the tires to get it in today. I saw when getting it in that I can make a simple modification to the trim that will give me another 5" of clearance when I take the vehicle in and out. I have four feet to spare in length of the garage and only had to...

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

When I clean out the junk in the garage this morning and put the stuff in better order, I will have space for the deuce. Since it does fit, I might as well keep it there. It is a lot easier to work in the garage than on the gravel driveway. I obviously was not using the space well anyway, this...

It really will go in the garage. It will make it easier to paint, install the air assist, etc. it will also keep me from filling the garage with junk!

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

I only need to drop 3". Tires inflated are 9" to the rim. I should be able to drop just the two front tires and fit it in.

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

Bingo! However, now that I know it can be done, it gives me some more painting and winter service options. Just have to take off the tarp and bows.

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

Looks like. Need to loose 3, maybe 4 inches to fit into the garage. It looks like the tires will do that, they are now 9 inches to the ground from the rim. So, if the insurance underwriter insists on a picture, I guess my wife gets the garage cleaned out!

Lower clearance with tire pressure? M35A2

I have searched and searched, read the TM, exhausted Google, and can't find an answer. About how much could I expect to lower the cab height of the top of a M35A2 hardtop by reducing tire pressure? I need to get it in my garage for at least one picture. I have 93" without removing the trim. I...
