Ken, Thanks for being persistent. Hopefully I won't have to pull the switch since it looks new & the static test pin check shows all good. Still haven't gotten to the K5 relay yet. (Have to figure out how to get into the steel box.) I'm mainly focused on the missing sleeve in the wiring...

Were the lead wires just floating around on top of each other or were they all separated from each other? Did you see any evidence of arcing or burns on the lead ends or on the chassis ground? Hopefully not... :) Regarding the installation of the board, we assume you have done a wire-by-wire...

I was wondering the same thing... Also wondering why the board was missing...haven't seen that part missing on any I've gotten in, but I guess you never know--just like a box of chocolates....
