I don't mind constructive criticism but when you start telling me that my idea and plan will fail or it's too hard to do well that brings out my bullheadedness to the extreme and I wasn't looking to be told what I already know either

I probably should look on food service truck sites but even that'll need fine tuning to fit a smoker in too but I'd figure it out I got all the time in the world I ain't going anywhere soon

Like I said this is more of a personal use idea to take a kitchen anywhere I'm not looking to get into the food biz there ain't much money in it and long hours.
