    It was actually the DCVR. I had three I pulled from contract rebuilt engines, plus the one on the unit. 3 of the 4 were bad! aua

    Capacitor is intact but I don't know how to test to tell if it is good and haven't found anything in the TMs about how to test it.

    Can anyone tell me the effects of a stator that outputs 42 volts versus the 30-35 volts the TM calls for? Will it burn up the DCVR? Stator tests at 0.6 Ohms as it should. I should add that the system is not charging and replacing the DCVR had no effect. Am trying to figure out what to do...
