    i know its a pain, but check the plug on the other side of the truck just to be sure. you may have a relay stuck in the on position

    no, only should be getting 6v on the wire with just the running lights on. I am unsure if they ran the ground into the truck or just onto the radiator support.

    CHECK THE GROUNDS!!!! its the most common issue with lights the 6v line is for the marker lights, 12v gives you the turn signal
