    Yes, it is an M1028A3 since it has dual rear wheels (DRW) and the transfer case is a New Process 208 as evidenced by the shifter mechanism with the indicator on the floor. An A2 variant would have a NP205 transfer case which only has a boot on the floor with shifting indicator on the knob...
