I'm departing Hiawassee in about one hour for Zout's. ETA about 1530. Be there sooner but I need to stop by the John Deere dealer for some oil.

I plan on getting to Zout's around noon on Friday, if work cooperates. I'll participate in Operation BS and then back to Zout's. My wife is already planning on some food to bring. Really looking forward to my third year!

Robo, I believe the situation is that a lot of people in the U.S. are not as internationally-oriented as Europeans. The Czech Republic is located in very close proximity to many other European countries, cultures and languages. The U.S. is not, so many Americans focus their attention inward...

Why not pick a separate assembly point near the fairgrounds? Meter out a few MVs at a time to assemble in a grocery parking lot, etc. and then all travel together the short distance to the fairgrounds.

Why not post up a list of the trucks participating with a running tally? That way everyone can see if they are counted, and a large list may provide enthusiasm for some that are hesitant. The more MVs the better this will be.

I would definitely be interested in supporting the Scouts. I think convoying from Zout's and back, would be great, or at least meeting up somewhere and convoying to the Scouts. The more in the convoy, the better.
