    I primed/painted the wood so there is no direct contact between the 2. The size of the 4x4 worked out very well for clearance. I have yet to fully articulate the suspension, but it should clear perfectly.

    Have you checked the tires for interference? I was planning on using pressure treated 4x4's. Based on the size/weight of the bed, I only want to lift it once...

    Will your 16.00 tires clear the bed at full articulation? Getting ready to do a bed swap on my M818 & wondered if a 4x4 would be thick enough to prevent any tire interference with the bed. I only want to buy wood once... any info you can provide will be appreciated.
