    Another Deuce that wont start...but does crank...

    You should have a bleeder valve on the secondary filter housing. The steps in checking fuel should go something like 1) primary filter (you've done this), 2) secondary filters, and 3) injectors. Have you done 2 and 3? If so what did you find?
