I would still recommend the filter because of the junk in the engine not just what coolant you might use. I have drained hundreds of these trucks and the coolant may look great in the can up top but be black sludge down bottom. Also anyone with a 250 cummins that has changed a water pump one one...
I don't understand why all of you guys keep fussing about how much air ride cost. A good set of OTR truck bags are around 250 and the junk yards are full of control arms and bag supports it should not be a lot more to use air.
