    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I did not know that. Thanks.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

Good points. I should have used the term better turbo than bigger one. I can see how a different series would be better than pulling one off a pickup truck.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

The turbos on them, I think, are more adapotable to other biulds.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I have to find that book. I have two early PowerStrokes, neither is waste gated.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

It is a lot simpler and non-waste gated.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

Thanks. I wil take the time to read that. In other news. I sold the D-Max turbo. I got an offer I could not refuse. So now I am thinking the Garrett from the 97 PowerStroke I have would be a goos choice to use.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I think for a project like this a fixed vane is the way to go.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I can see that being true.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

They took a mostly stock 4.3 Chevy Vortec gas engine and installed a stock turbo from a 7.3 Power Stroke on it. It ran great on the road and race track. According...

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

In my opinion... The multi can handle a larger turbo that stock. Now, how much larger I cannot say. I was kicking around the Dmax turbo because I have it on a shelf collecting dust. But, I also have a turbo from a 97 7.3 Power stroke. That one is a bit easier to adapt to different applications.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I agree with your point. However, the one reason I was thinking this "might" work is because the Dmax turbo is larger than the Multifuel turbo. For a lack of a better turn, bigger is sometimes better.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

And that is one of the concerns I have. I know this is not a bolt on thing. But I thought it would be a interesting topic for conversation. Adapting this turbo would be tough.

    D-Max turbo on a multi-fuel?

I just happen to have a lower hour turbo from a late model Duramax. Before I try to sell it I was kicking around the possibility of installing on my M35. Any thoughts on this?
