At least it's not a M981 FSTV. I hated those vehicles, everything in the turret was hydraulic, and I mean everything. Schematics on that thing were a night mare.
Ok, after looking at the -34 I see a reference to the FRONT AXLE ENGAGEMENT AIR CYLINDER. It tells you to test the operation by referencing the -10. The -10 has nothing about it.
It's moments like this that I miss tm's that have a theory of operation section.
So, let me take a stab at this...
Ok I searched but came up with changing the axle flanges, so not really what I was looking for.
When I place the truck in reverse I hear the tell tell air release like in the 939 series when you disengage the front axle.
