    Where was the recovery of that A1 at and do you know how this happened? The A1 was built with 8X8. but not true interlock 8X8. They kept the front axle as limited slip because Oshkosh was snapping the front axles. Also the 10 manuals does nothing but harp on "wheel slippage" and using the CTIS...

    I know exactly what your talking about. We rebuild the M1A1's engine out at MATES in FT. Riley (Im also a technician). They can "pop" into gear during idle when condensation enters the intake. A drop of water can force that battle tank to shoot forward 50 yards no problem with the hand brake on...
