    I agree with sw to mention cdl is fine once but when every other post is about cdl or the Tm's is just beating a guy with a dang cdl Tm stick. Drew has already said this if it's just about cdls or tms then he can put those up with no interaction between people who sometimes because were able...

    Don't give up yet it doesn't sound that bad. They caged the brakes because they knew it had no water in it and could not run the truck to air it up to move it. Put a radiator in and ungage the brakes.
