    8 batteries? Are you serious? That's over $1000 just in batteries. You know, if you add 2 more and series them up, it will be 120V and not even need an inverter if you want to power light bulbs, toasters, brush type motor appliances, and your own electric chair.

    Coffey1 that looks really sharp. I would like to follow the same, but am concerned with the tailgate as andy3 mentioned. Could the gate opening issue be alleviated by simply flipping the roller fairlead over and mounting it on the inside of the plate, vs the outside? I have not thought it...
