    They are heavy. The front one was not too bad but the rear one was a pain heavy and trying to get it in a tight spot.

    It is aluminum. Kenny these winch's are great and just like all military stuff these are way underrated. I don't think you will unsatisfied if you decided to use them

    Here's some more pictures. You do have to shorten your hood t handle and move the hood catch.

    No mods to front number other then bolting roller fair lead on.

    I have another thought. I need to run by my master chief engineer. Which I think will work for me. As with everything there is give and take. If I can't let gate all the way down I will live with it for the benefit of having a rear winch.

    Then you need to be extra careful not to burn your winch down or overload it to the breaking point.
