    MFG: 2N6388 SKU:568-6388 ZONE: ESD I bought them back in sept of 2005. Not sure on which place i bought them from though. I still have a few, let me know if you cant find them.

    RE: Who knows a replacement transistor Q2 for GP module 1203 I still have a few extra of them at home, will get the Part# for you. they were 70cents each iirc. and yes just desolder remove and solder the new one on.
