I had to panic stop twice doing 60 and I can assure you the brakes on that 450 had more than enough to stop the entire setup. I attribute it more to a skill set than luck.

In a pinch a chase vehicle can be used in substitute of tow lights. I know not all drivers carry a light set with them.
