    Just dump some oil in where the oil tube goes. Good score on the turbo!

    Yup, what he said. If any liquid presents itself, I would think its time for seals on the turbo.

    Run it with that first tube off and you should be able to see if its leaking oil.

    Pic didn't show on my cell as well as it does on the PC. I was mistaken, no clamp missing. Some of these motors have an adapter there to fit them to the exhaust(on a 5ton truck) which is what I thought I saw.

    At the very LEAST your missing a clamp on the exhaust. You need to look into what you have, and should have.
