    What do you list a 1028 contact truck for the title???

    You shouldn't have to take the dash off to see the VIN plate...unless somehow the dash has shifted? Just my standard warning but just tell the DMV and your insurance company it's a 198x Chevy K30 pickup. They will probably give you static about the VIN not being correct but politely explain...
