    My deuce sat for years, 10 or 15, with the tank FULL of diesel. It wasn't very cruddy. Dry desert and tank being full doesn't give room for rust to form.

    Rusty, I agree, but it seems to me like the stuff that usually takes a truck down is stuff you can't see on inspections. I guess that's the reason for going through everything and changing certain parts such as injectors every so often. With as much trouble as there seems to be with fuel...
