    That is some of the symptoms among others. When did it have an injection pump installed last? I had a diagnosis of a bad injection pump and it turned out to be a small hole in the rubber feed line at the fuel pump. Trace the entire fuel system for leaks. I am not a fan of the electric lift pump...
