According to GP wear and tear is normal for the truck. IronClad Assurance does not cover anything other then missing parts that were shown in listing, or other BS like that.

The real damage is that it was purposely not disclosed... I feel in a way to draw up more bids then what it would go for compared if a honest listing was portrayed. Legal definition is fraud. But, hey I'm just some pog SOB who blew a wad of cash right? Some people loose that integrity along...

You email them at the email on the GP website with pictures to document the discrepancies... Send a picture of the back of the engine? I don't think you have to worry about them drawing down pricing. The last round of Non runners been averaging 10k before fees... ;)
