    A EUC is an End-use certificate . the M35 falls under alot of laws i.e. Arms export control act. And with some aircraft part falling into the wroung hands as of late , the politicen are all up in arms over control of military items.     With all the EUC stuff going on , I would check with costums be for I'd try to take out of the county. Box "C" sec II of the EUC: The property will not be sold or otherwise disposed of for use outside the US.
