    Possibly. I haven't touched the batteries (other than setting up the cut off) so this is just how they came when I got the truck about a year ago. Is it worth doing anything about since it hasn't caused any issue?

    For the remote switch, I wired it to the fuel gauge I believe. It has been a while, but I have had no issues and everything works great. Not sure why my battery likes to leak though :o
