what at type of housing are you mounting the gauges in?
I plan to fabricate a metal face plate and mount it and the gauges in the area where the volt gauge is currently. I will move the volt gauge down to the radio block-out plate.

Are these OEM HMMWV gauges illuminated? There is nowhere for an auxiliary bulb to fit, so if they are illuminated, they must have some sort of self-illumination built in. If...
