Got it! Valve on the back of the air dryer stuck open. Piece of red gasket stuck in it. Popped back in and the air came up. had to crawl under while truck was running to find it. Thanks again folks!

Just oily stuff that came out of air dryer...the valve was closed. Gonna find a rock and tap on the top of the compressor.

It builds air very slowly...i heard a slight leak like it was coming from spring brake valve...cycled that and it went away. Air still isn't building.
