Espar coolant heater install works like a champ, heats the back and will keep the engine at 175 when its 5 degrees out!
got some custom switches made and installed a cheap cupholder (one of the most important upgrades)

Haven't had to change the flasher yet, but I still have regular bulbs up front and in the dash. I'm sure I will need electronic flasher when I get around to changing the other bulbs.

Built theses taillight housings and found some red LED markers that matched close. Also added super bright rear floods and replaced the factory side lights with low profile awning LEDs. Eventually I want to switch everything else over to LEDs, but my truck fund...
fairing/storage project
To answer your question Recovry4x4 the storage is accessed from inside the box where the a/c used to be. Fabbed everything painted white/dark green from scratch using mostly 16 ga and 1/8 steel. Wish there was pics berfore I painted everything, but was in a big hurry...
Sounds like the 3.73 swap doesn't gain you mpg only mph! Must be these are heavy trucks for a stock 6.2? I still should be getting better though especially with the fairing, The best I've seen is 12-13 mpg driving nice. Unfortunatly I only took 1 trip with it stock so not much to compare it...
I think I saw pics of your set up on here, we have a lot of similar ideas. What kind of mileage are you getting with your 3.73's? I am struggling to get 12mpg with mine 235/85/16 cooper at/3 averaging 55-60 mph Seems like it should be better.
