    "Low Air" What does it mean?

    One of the Humvees to be auctioned , the Inspection Report states tire is "Low Air". The driver side front tire is half way down to the ground. Do you think it is a flat that must be repaired, or is just matter of to bring an air compressor to air up and drive it out? Your thoughts please. Thanks
