I was lucky and both were NOS while listing said used.
All leads and probes and Hz? testers included
Did the fuze test according to manual and all checked out good!

It was an individual who only had the two. It was not a store that has tons of stuff listed.

Your Fluke is just fine.
I did not have a meter at all and needed one.
This thread was more for the folks who had a Harbor Freight, cheapo
meter and wanted to upgrade to a high quality meter.
Luckily I stumbled upon these when searching for info on another Fluke model.
These do everything I want and need for hundreds less.
Was going to purchase the Fluke 28ll and saw a link to these.
Now I will take the $$$ I saved for more CUCV spare parts !!

The two I just bought were listed as "used" but looked brand new.
All probes and testers and paperwork included. Plastic still covering the display.
Ill take the heat if this helps someone get a really nice meter.
