    Surplus Fluke 27/FM Multimeters

    I've owned two of these from ebay- loved the first ($40) so much I gave it to a good friend and got myself a basically unused one ($50). Things to watch for: leads replaced with lower quality ones, and blown fuses, which aren't super cheap. Best prices I've found for replacements are below...
