    You can replace the terminals in the board. I have replacement clips to hold the terminals in for relays and breakers.

    Buy all generics they are cheaper and all 5 pin relays. The extra pin wont hurt anything. It should have been like that from the beginning its just one more thing to add to the confusion.

    It's a 24 volt Bosch style spdt automotive style relay. You can usually swap it with another 24 volt relay on the panel that's less used. The inside of the panel cover has a diagram of what relays and breakers are what.
