Wow, very interesting to hear this could be the problem with mine...especially if it was making the same noise and temp sensitive. Youve got my hope up now lol...hoping it wont be crushed again next week ha! This will be the first thing I have them look at next Monday

Was yours temp sensitive like mine is? When its hot out it does it right away, but if I take it out in colder weather like now I have to romp on it for at least 5 minutes before it starts to get bad...so it has to be warmed up to be fully revealed. I'm defnitley gonna have the those mounts...

All of those things have been eliminated and the problem has to do with the RPM of the speed of the shafts turning. It gets worse the more torque is placed on the truck under acceleration..especially on grades. I'm definitley gonna have Fleetpride check the rear Transmission mounts next week though.

Well, the technical schools checked it and said there were no loose bolts. The teacher there thinks that it is the flywheel causing my problem after pulling all of the shafts and other troubleshooting with the T case. Others disagree with that and Fleetpride is just flat out clueless at this...

I know man, I cant believe it myself especially after talking with the guys at Fleetpride yesterday. They don't know anymore than the students at the Technical school.

Wow, thats a really nice offer...and yeah I know swamp was up for it too..problem is that shipping it down there was to high. I'll probably be contacting you after Thanksgving. Fleetpride wants me to come down there next week to ride with them on it and i may let them try one more day on it...

Update: So after all this time we pulled a ll of the shafts out and the truck still does it. Does not matter if the front shaft is out or either of the rear shafts. So can't be axles and cant be Ujoints. Checked T case too and cant find anything. To make matters worse my truck has been at...

Yep, I've decided that taking an oil sample and disconnecting the front drive shaft should yield some indication as to what my problem is exactly. I'll update once I figure out what the culprit is.

Thanks for the advice. It does go in and out of low just fine and driving in low range did not make a difference with regards to the noise. Did your U joints show visual wear from the racket?....A drive line shop here told me last week that the shafts and joints were in great shape...so I left...

lol yep already replaced transmission with a new one in February. I was hoping that would make a difference to know avail.

Well, we replaced the transmission and it really didn't make a difference with that particular noise. I know it's hard to tell by listening to the video, but we have figured out that the noise is definitely coming from the drive line between the transfer case and shafts....not as far forward as...
