    Thanks guys, I'll have to do some testing on this unit. It was rebuilt but obviously the guy didn't get something right.

    Hey Rusty, Have you ever seen the end of a glow plug swell up to the point it's hard to get it out of the hole? I have an old international tractor that does that on one cylinder. I can't imagine what causes that. Have you ever seen that and have any idea what could cause it?
