    That's why people need to be familiar with their states regulations and talk to the DMV. Every state is different but you'd think GVWR would mean the same thing everywhere. It is what it is. I know people in TX try and get around Class A driver license requirements by listing a different GVWR...

    First off their GVWRs are incorrect. That might be why they were pulled.
