Yep, I ohm'd from the IP to negative on the front battery and several other places, good ground. That was my first thought thinking the nuts were making a dirty contact and a new gasket. From the blade for the cut off to ground there's nothing, should be some resistance.

Thanks, yes that one had them. Funny, some identical figure and same parts breakdown but it wasn't omitting certain parts like the -20P did.

So far no dice on ebay and haven't been able to find the part number for them, if there was something printed on the relay I do have it's no longer visible.
