    How to flash 28V DC generator

    After about two month rest, my 28 Volt DC, 4.2KW generator decided to put out only 1.3 Volts with no reason. It was a perfect running generator before rest. It is by Minowitz Mfg with 4A032. I heard a term "flashing", how do I flash this one?
