    M998 with 7k miles, won't start

    I think fuel is probably this issue. If someone ran it out of fuel it is a process to get the fuel back to the motor. The pump for the fuel is not in the tank. See : http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?148623-HMMWV-A1-Troubleshooting section 3
