If running stock jeep wheels you will need 2" spacers to clear the hubs. There are lots of axle swaps in blogs on Expo too. Keep the shocks and use a 3" axle You can adapt the original shock mounts or fab up new ones. This is a M101A1 build but has good info on an axle swap...- harleyhouse
