Yes. It's all the way up. I have aftermarket seats that have a little more cushion and it would be great to have another inch or two on the bottom of the steering wheel.
I was able to get the steering wheel off with some wrestling and grease, but not able to find an adaptor that fit the spindles correctly. I want something smaller that makes it easier to get in and out of. I've seen pictures of aftermarket steering wheels on HMMWVs, but not sure how they got...
