    local body and paint store recommended this and it is in stock local for me: https://www.semproducts.com/repair-seam-sealers/1k-seam-sealers This and the speedkote both claim to be paintable. I suspect they are some flavor of urethane.

    It looks like 3m panel bonding adhesive I used to sell when I worked in parts. I also have some chunks that came loose when I pressure washed mine.
