    It sounds like a rear main seal. And the oil is getting on the fly wheel.

    No the one plug that is there is to go in the open hole when you are fording in water. Is it coming from the hole, maybe rear main seal. But it looks like it is coming from the oil pan area. Did they over fill it? Or not get the filter on right?
