    Yup pretty much. They offered I default on the cab I have there, with a full refund, but I would be liable for the default fee. (25%). Regarding the 5 delivered this weekend... I'll have to sue. Sadly I paid with other means and not a credit card. I called the site manager and he said sorry...

    No they didn't loose the contract. GL just doesn't give a flip. The M1088A1 cabs are used, not new like the M1157's they supposedly have. Scott

    Lucky you... I bought 10, received 5 and they aren't anything as described (new 2009 etc) , used missing parts, damaged etc. Thankfully they are part of the email admitting their mistake.
